Lady D Charters is a family owned and operated charter
fishing service located in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama. The Lady D is captained by Don G. Walker, a third generation charter
captain. Captain Don has been fishing in the Gulf of Mexico virtually all
of his life. His father, a charter captain also, gave Don his first boat at
the age of 5. He has been fishing ever since!
Captain Don's charter
fishing service began 25 years ago with the Intruder, a 43' Tiffany. After
5 years, Capt. Don purchased his second boat to be called the Intruder, a
53' Harkers Island. His third and current boat, the Lady D, is a
custom-built 62' Resmondo. Christened in January of 1996, she is fully
equipped with central heat and air, 2 heads, 2 ice makers, sleeping quarters
for 10+ people, and numerous other amenities. The Lady D is truly one of
the finest boats on the Gulf Coast.
The Lady D and her
crew are U.S. Coast Guard certified.
